Mentawai: The Mentawai islands are situated west of Sumatra. The archipelago has four main islands called Siberut,Sipura, Pagai Utara and Pagai Selatan. In each one of them you can surf in more than a dozen different waves.

The natural conditions enable you to surf unique waves in the world. Mentawai is a magical place due to the vast amount of coral reefs that form perfect waves, hardly any wind and the consistency of the swell to practice surf.

Mentawai Islands are surfable all year round, but the best conditions are between April and October due to the consistency and size of the waves. During these months one or two swells are guaranteed, nevertheless you can be assured of perfect surfing during the other months.

Our great experience in these islands and the easy access to updated weather forecast permits us to take you to the right place at the right time. We are in constant contact with the other boats operating in other waves so as to avoid crowding. There is no pre-arranged route, this varies in accordance with the weather conditions and the level of the surfers. One thing we can assure, the waves will be beyond your imagination.

There are a multitude of different waves that can suit the skill level and style of any surfer: surf, bodyboard, long board, kite surf etc . You decide along with the surfing guide which point breaks would be the best options for the day. Their vast experience will permit surfing on high quality waves and to be in the ideal places at the best time.
